An Evening of Bovine Banter

Join us for an evening of bovine butchery! First you’ll get a tour of our store before launching into an immersive demonstration, breaking down some big beef with guidance provided by the Featherblade team. Following this, you will prepare your own cuts of beef to take home, sawing, trimming and cutting, just like we do. We’ll have dinner and drinks to finish the evening off. We hope to give you a real feel of what we do on a daily basis, and it can be as hands-on as you want it be, but obviously we encourage you to get struck in!
