An Evening of Sausage Making

Join us for an evening of pork grinding and sausage-making! First you’ll get a tour of our store before launching into a immersive demonstration, deboning pork, mixing ingredients and piping sausages with guidance provided by the Featherblade team. You get to take your own creations home too. We have a large variety of herbs and spices so you can create your very own blend of sausage but if you want to get wacky feel free to bring your own ingredients to try! With sausage stuffers as little as $100-$200 these days this is a great opportunity to learn from a professional before venturing out on your own. We’ll also have a little food and drinks to finish the evening off.
