Our own in-house bacon  creation! we make old world style bacon from the pork loin, but we don't smoked it, so expect a salty, savory taste, fantastic in a sandwich or as part of your hearty breakfast.

    • Pan-Frying: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook for 4-6 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown. Adjust the time based on your preferred level of crispiness.

    • Oven-Baking: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay the bacon strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until desired crispness is achieved, turning halfway through.

    • Microwave: Place bacon slices between paper towels on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes per slice, adjusting for the thickness of the bacon.
