THE BEEF
We are all about the beef! We source the best beef we can find from 4 farms: Creekstone Farms, Santa Carota, Marin Sun Farm, and Cross Creek Wagyu. All of these farms have been researched and chosen by us for their excellent breeding, quality and ethical standards. Creekstone offer the best grain finished beef we have found, Santa Carota finish on grass and carrots, Marin Sun is solely pastured grass finished and the Cross Creek Wagyu is grain finished.
Each farm and finish produce something uniquely different, so if you looking for a buttery marbled cut, shoot for the grain finished, but if you like something a little more traditional and earthy, go for Santa Carota or Marin Sun. And you've probably heard of Wagyu... Cross creek have spent years perfecting their breeding program to provide some truly phenomenal beef. Lastly we also import fresh A5 beef from Japan, known for its ridiculous marbling. It's certainly a show stopper, rich and decadent. The choice is yours!
